Saby's Coffee & Kitchen | Our Story

Saby's Coffee & Kitchen is a family-run spot blending Mexico City flavors with Oaxacan tradition. Blue corn is our thing — and we're just as proud of our breakfast burritos, salsas and drinks.

Saby's is run by Graciela Diaz and her son Javier, who took over this corner kitchen in February 2020 with just $132 between them. They bet it all on Graciela's recipes — Mexico City flavor meets Oaxacan tradition.

Pushed out by rising rents but never far from home, we built Saby’s to stay part of the community we love. Three years and one pandemic later, Graciela owns the very kind of kitchen she once worked in for someone else.
